Refund policy

We want you to feel confident about trying a UCATlas paid plan. The summary is simple: if it isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we’ll refund you in full.

14-day money-back guarantee. On your first purchase of any paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment — no need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

  1. Email arizzaman99@gmail.com from the email address attached to your account.
  2. Include the date of purchase and (if you have it) the Stripe receipt number.
  3. We aim to reply within two working days. Approved refunds are returned to the card or account used for the original payment, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

When this 14-day guarantee does not apply

  • On renewal payments after the first purchase. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date in your account or by emailing us.
  • On individual tutoring sessions that have already been delivered, or that you missed without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Where there is clear evidence the service has been used to copy, scrape, or redistribute our content, or otherwise to breach our acceptable-use rules.
  • Where the request is made more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date, except where required by law.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. We don’t pro-rate partial periods.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we’ll attempt the charge a few times and email you. If it still fails, we’ll suspend access until the issue is resolved. You won’t be charged for the days during which access is suspended.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including those under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and (for residents of the EU) equivalent national laws. If you believe the service was not as described or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us — we’d like the chance to put it right.
